Chris is hands down one of the best guitarists of our generation. Not since the heyday of heavy hair metal have I heard such a talented guitarist. Be looking for big things from this guy real soon!

I've been wanting to learn how to play the guitar but just haven't found the time yet to take lessons. I think it is fascinating how it works. Hadn't really thought about how to make notes stand out concisely by taking your left hand and silencing the strings to cut off the sound. I guess that would be how you would do staccato with a guitar. Interesting. Thanks for posting the tutorial. Very concise and seemingly easy to learn. I love the fact that more bands are doing this. I wish I could learn to play just by watching a video, but I can't. i think it's awesome when bands take the time to make a video to teach their fans though. SA

I met The band live, at Saltair with Sick puppies, Cavo, and Shinedown. I can say from personal experience that talking to them all for over 30 minutes, and taking pictures with them, this kid can play. Rick is a great singer, and well the whole band is great and has alot of potential to go Sky high. I love the fact that that Chris is telling us how to play the song Scream perfectly in tempo
