The name Jeff Kollman might not immediately pop out to some of you out there, but the guitar virtuoso has spent his life playing pretty much every genre under the sun or drawing crowds at guitar clinics.
His latest project is his own labor of love, Cosmosquad, which he likes to describe as a metal-fusion band. Combining technical ability with an amazing sense of song (a few songs are even reminiscent of Tool), Kollman’s latest record Acid Test takes instrumental records to a new extreme.
One of the best, most underrated guitar players out there. Jeff is the total package - amazing songwriter, extremely versatile player, great, unique tone and phrasing, and an excellent live performer as well.
