Queensryche has gone through several evolutions over the past couple of decades, whether perfecting the concept album with Operation: Mindcrime or finding a new audience altogether with the radio hit “Silent Lucidity.”
The band, now going on 25-plus years, is currently set to release Take Cover, a CD full of covers songs that wouldn’t necessarily associate with Queensryche’s sound. Between the Jesus Christ Superstar number “Heaven On Their Minds” and The Police classic “Synchronicity II,” it’s obvious that Queensryche has no intention of becoming predictable.
Bassist Eddie Jackson and guitarists Michael “Whip” Wilton and Mike Stone recently chatted with UGTV to talk about their latest undertaking.
Awesome band. Good interview. The white noise you're hearing is probably the sound the fridge in the background is making. I don't think the camera guy has a whole lot of say in where Queensryche wants to be interviewed.
