A few years back it seemed like an Extreme reunion might not be a possibility. After all, guitarist Nuno Bettencourt pretty much refused to go on camera to even comment on the idea when confronted by the VHI show Bands Reunited.
Apparently time does heal old wounds because Extreme recently released their first full-length album of material in 13 years, Saudades de Rock, and the summer has marked a steady touring schedule for the band.
When Bettencourt talked with UG.TV at the hair metal extravaganza Rocklahoma, the guitar phenom gave us a little more insight into what inspired his change of heart.
