Saying they sound like BFMV is like me saying BB King sounds like Stevie Ray Vaughan or that Allan Holdsworth sounds like Ben Monder. Come on now. They share qualities being in the same genre, but thats how all music is.

First album was awesome. Leaning towards old school heavy metal with a hint of the new school in it. Now they've just gone like most new young metal bands... Metal-core. I used to really like Black Tide, even paid £20 just to go see them when they supported BFMV a few years ago in London (didn't watch BFMV) but now this? It doesn't matter. The style just completely changed, and in my opinioni it's not a positive progression. I loved the first album. It was like heavy metal/speed metal with a rocky edge and really powerful overall. It helped me develop more with metal overall and it's really really sad to see they've become 'this'.
