They're making just one song for what is going to be one of the biggest movies this year... it's gonna be epic, or they will upset a lot of people.

The basslines ni their music follow the guitar lines, so your saying that the bassline alone is just like it doesn't make sense since you're implying the other parts aren't.

Additionally - I'm sick of everyone whining about bands 'selling out.' Isn't part of your goal as a musician to get as many people to hear your music as possible? Yes, it is. Then suddenly when it happens to a band that isn't yours, you all scream sell out.

Welcome to the world outside of highschool where it's not just about what you expect from a band. If you want a band that puts the same album out over and over again, go listen to Slayer.

I should point out that it does sound like What I've Done, just like Transformers 2 is going to look like Transformers 1.

in my personal opinion.. i love all the music they put out.

Wooooow that sounds exactly like the terrible-ness that is what i've done. what the heck has happened to linkin park??? Hybrid Theory and Meteora were excellent records but minutes to midnight was god awful. why must they insist on turning into our generations U2??? One U2 is too many. LP let Mike pick up the mic a little more and kick the thick distortion on and have a good ol' LP jam.

it sounds like it could either go the lots of rapping way or the lots of singing way...hopefully they realize they sounded amazing with lots of rapping...

WTF? dude whatever.the bass lines follow the guitar lines? dude the bass line is the skeleton of the song. guitars can play whatever they want on scale. anyway,point is some people are so fanatic that they try to defend their idols. anyway i was just giving my view and if you dont like it tough luck everyone is entitled to their opinion.

personally, other than hybrid theory linkin park haven't been putting as much effort and creativity into their new songs as they can.

ultimately, this song is awesome.

Song is fraking awsome. I totally can't wait to see the movie!!!!!
