The Westchester, NY ambient indie rockers Moving Mountains recently released their new EP "New Light".

The EP consists of acoustic and re-interpreted versions of songs that originally appeared on the band's breakthrough 2011 LP "Waves" and their 2007 debut "Pneuma".

Greg Dunn stepped into Atlantic Studio to record this acoustic version of "Alleviate".

Last year when UG posted a video of Moving Mountains here it was the first time I heard about this band and I thought they were kinda alright. After that, I listened to Pneuma few times through and now they're one of my most favorite bands ever.
