UGTV stopped by Schecter Research’s booth at NAMM 2010 to learn more about the premium guitar company’s latest additions, many of which were directly inspired by the customer commentary on blogs.

One particular highlight in this year’s lineup was the yellow Solo Special, a perfect choice for the guitarist wanting to capture vintage tones and versatility.

For those who lean even more toward the traditionalist’s side, the Solo Vintage with Bigsby B-50 tremolo is a perfect fit. Schecter’s latest offerings will both be available for under $1,000.

What the hell man. I guess we can coil-split single-coils now, and coil-splits are the same thing as coil-taps. Wish someone'd told me.

I was thinking the same thing. I was always under the impression that it wasn't possible to tap a single-coil. I stand corrected.
