one of my favorite bands.

1st time i heard this song it was the theme song for a WWE pay per view, i thought hey this is pretty good, so i checked out the band and now im a fan, its kinda like three days grace before they got all soft

There blog version of the making of Monster is better than this one, besides talking to the SWAT dudes. They didn't do that in there blog

Yeah dude. I'd love this song if it didn't sound so much like "Animal I Have Become" by 3 Days Grace. Seriously. You can sing the chorus of that song over this one, and it matches up almost perfectly other than being a little faster. The lyrics are even similar. Monster. Animal. It's too close for my comfort.

Yeah, it is kind of close, but I like both bands and both songs, so it's fine by me.

Skillet is honestly one of my favorite bands. First time I saw them touring with Winter Jam they were amazing. Comatose is one of the very few almbums that I can honestly say that I like every single song on it.

Skillet rocks and I love this song, so what if it sounds a bit like 3DG. I saw them on their Awake and Alive tour a week ago and they rocked the house.

One of the best songs on the album. The abandoned hospital idea was brilliant also.

Skillet is just an absolutely incredible band, I gotta say. I've got every single one of their albums and love each and every one (although Awake was a little of a letdown coming off of Collide and Comatose...). They're also proof that not all Christian bands suck. :P

Well its a similar idea. They're two completely different songs, I think each should be appriciated for what it is, not what its like.

exactly. what makes them sound similar the most, i think, is the lead notes during the chorus. other than that it sounds original.
