i've known about them for like the past two years of so.

I liked the sweeps, not so much anything else.

this is one of those bands that I don't really care for now but I'll either hear another song that'll make me like them or when they release shit in the future I'll latch on to that but right now this band is like a cock tease in the way that they do some cool shit and then go straight back to being the epitome of mediocrity

i love this band..and the video is about forgiveness..hence the end of the video..although they could've chosen a better example...

The video is NOT opposite of the song; I know every word! Some of you are obviously ignorant of who they or what they are about. Each member is talented-you don't have to have sweeps going as fast as Yngwie Malmsteen every second to write a good song. I've driven 2 hours to see these guys play and they are amazing people and musicians.It's not about whether you consider the song to be YOUR "style" cause here's some news...IT'S NOT YOUR BAND! Get over your "un-signed-selves" cause, you haven't earned your respect like they have; and since you didn't give any to begin with you won't get any in return.

For Today is an awesome band. I saw in MN before they got their current vocalist and before they got signed. They play a pretty good show. I never really understood the video but i love the song!

We're actually playing with these guys this monday. They're really great dudes, and perfect live.

The video is about God's love and how not to use violence. He got ticked about what happened and didn't react by shoving the guy's teeth into his brain.

By far one of my favorite bands of all time. Their live set is just as tight as the CD. Very impressive. Seeing them monday for the 3rd time, they've never failed to disappoint.

Opposite of the song??? This is a christian band and the message of the video is to love others as you would love God. Hint: The guy restrained himself from beating up the other guy. It was the right thing to do.

THE SONG IS ABOUT GREAT LOVE. read the lyrics. not all metal is about hate and destruction and all that immature stuff. This song was meant to be an expression of intense emotion.

lol ironic. Bring Me The Horizon is one of the most unoriginal bands out there. Not to mention they are poorly educated musically. They discover their riffs by accident; trial and error.

FOR TODAY is a band of great musicians and they know exactly what they are doing. Notice how the riffs in their songs fit perfectly with everything else, where as Bring Me The Horizon just writes random watered-down riffs that have been repeated many times within their cheap brand of metalcore.

For Today is metalcore, but not anywhere near the cheap style of Bring Me The Horizon. Though I must admit that this is their worst song by my opinion. Check out their other stuff on their myspace. It's MUCH more talented and heartfelt.
